I lead operations and strategy for COP, a member-based research consortium helping oil refineries, chemical plants, pipelines, power plants, and paper mills improve control room operator performance and Health, Safety, and Environmental effectiveness.

• Set marketing and communications strategy across the website, LinkedIn, and member newsletters, translating human factors research into content that engineering and HS&E leaders act on

• Manage member relations and new member recruitment, including prospectus development and outreach to prospective operating companies

• Plan and coordinate COP's in-person and virtual meetings, from agenda design to facility tours to vendor logistics

• Produce meeting documentation and board materials, including call minutes and governance records

• Coordinate research project priorities with COP's board and member companies, keeping projects moving from proposal to completed tool

• Manage contractor and vendor relationships supporting COP's event and operational needs

• Maintain COP's antitrust-safe communication standards across all member-facing and public materials
